What is a realistic budget for my remodel?

The easy answer is: It depends. But we don’t take the easy route! We’ve gone ahead and answered this question with a dedicated pricing pages right here on our website for both bathrooms and basements. But don’t stop there, fill out our contact form to request a call so we can provide you with a free ballpark estimate for your specific project.

Do I need to pull a permit for my remodel?

When you work with us, you do not have to pull permits. If a permit is required by your city for your remodel, we take care of it. We are a fully licensed general contractor which allows us to pull permits for your project and complete every aspect of your project for you.

How far out are you booking projects?

This varies throughout the year! If you’re on a tight timeline, the best bet is to contact us to see what our schedule is currently looking like. The great news is that we do interior remodeling all year, so whether it’s July or January, we can fit you in.

Do you do accent walls? How about built-ins?

Absolutely! While we specialize in full remodels, we’re happy to take on any size project. Whether it’s a stand-alone project or part of a larger remodel, we can help!

How do you deal with mold in a remodel?

When you book a remodel with us, we talk about this at the beginning of each job. We don’t charge for mold mitigation on the front end because we often don’t find any. Instead, if we do find mold, we call a “stop” to the project where we’ll have a conversation with you about how the specific situation needs to be handled and what costs might be involved in properly mitigating so we can get back on schedule. This process puts you in control so you can do the right thing for your home.
